摘要
江汉石油工程有限公司井下测试公司与某厂合作研发的永久式悬挂封隔器在现场应用中出现了封隔器坐封试压合格,但丢手后井筒内有气窜出的现象,不仅延长了施工周期,还给后续作业留下极大的安全隐患。通过室内模拟实验和对封隔器部件进行受力分析,发现产生气窜的根本原因是未考虑坐封后封隔器下部带压工作时的情况,采用在活塞外筒和下接头之间增加一锁环机构,以及将封隔器动密封处的两道橡胶圈密封改为带支撑环密封圈的方法可以有效解决这一问题。改进后的封隔器累计应用了26井次,施工成功率达100%,取得了很好的应用效果。
In the field application of the long-lasting suspension packer,gas was discovered coming out from the wellbore after releasing operation although packer setting pressure test was qualified.It is found by means of lab experiment and stress analysis of packer parts that the gas channeling is because the work condition at the bottom of the packer under pressure after setting was not considered.Therefore,a locking ring has been installed between outer piston and lower joint and sealing with two rubber rings in the packer’s motive seal has been replaced by support-loop sealing rings.This improved packer has been applied to 26 wells with a good result.
