摘要
封堵-射孔-完井测试一体化管柱主要是在原有射孔联作管柱的基础上增加了裸眼旁通。应用该管柱可一次性完成封堵、射孔和测试完井等作业,能缩短施工时间、节约施工成本、降低后期施工风险,但该管柱不能用来封堵压差在35MPa以上的层段,更不能应用于射孔段较长的井。水平井可捞式封堵管柱结构为,特殊堵头+MCHR液压封隔器+EUE油管+机械丢手接头+EUE油管+油管挂;施工工艺为先射孔后坐封封隔器+油管+丢手接头,丢手后丢手接头处于直井段,方便了后期打捞。
Plug-perforation-test integrated string has additional open by-pass on the original perforating combining string.It contributes to completing plugging,perforating and well completion testing by one time,thus cutting down operating period,saving the cost and lowering later operating risk.However,it cannot be used to plug the layer section whose differential pressure is greater than 35 MPa and the well whose perforated interval is longer.
