江汉油田钻井液技术及其难点探讨

摘要 经过多年的实践和探索研究,江汉油田在复杂盐膏层钻井液技术以及页岩气钻井液技术上形成了自己独特的优势,其研制的钻井液体系有水基成膜钻井液体系、高矿化度微泡沫钻井液体系、高密度钻井液体系等。在实际施工中,钻井液体系还存在超高密度钻井液体系难以突破,对恶性漏失尚无经济有效的处理手段等问题。要有效解决这些问题,就要重新筛选关键处理剂,优选质量较好的加重材料,继续探索解决恶性漏失的方法。 Jianghan Oilfield has established its own drilling fluid techniques for complex salt gypsum bed and shale gas bed.Its developed drilling fluid system contains water base filming drilling fluids,hypersalinity microfoam drilling fluids and high density drilling fluids.In actual operation,however,there are problems to be handled,such as ultrahigh density drilling fluid system yet to be developed and severe mud losses yet to be treated in a more cost-effective way.The solutions are to re-screen the key treatment agent,select weight material of better quality and further explore the way of stopping severe mud losses.
