Application of SHMB Bridge Plug in Western Deep Wells

西部油田常用的WBM桥塞由于受坐封工具结构、井筒、井身结构和泥浆性能等因素的影响,在现场应用中,易出现遇阻、提前坐封,以及泥浆沉淀堵塞坐封工具传压通道等问题。为解决这些问题,西部油田引进了四机赛瓦SHMB桥塞。SHMB桥塞由坐封部分、卡瓦部分、胶筒部分和自锁部分组成,可广泛用于生产井封窜、堵水、压裂、酸化、测试等施工作业。现场应用10余井次,施工成功率高,满足了生产需求。

WBM bridge plug was frequently used in western oilfields.In its field application,however,such problems as meeting resistance,seat seal ahead of time and mud sediment jamming the channel for the setting tool to transfer pressure were likely to occur because of setting tool’s structure,well bore configuration and mud property.Therefore,SHMB bridge plug made by SJS Ltd is introduced.It is made of seat seal,slip,rubber sleeve and self-hold parts and can be applied to field operation such as sealing off channel,water plugging,fracturing,acidification and testing.
