摘要
为了增强固井水平井中多级压裂的措施效果,开发了一种大通径投球多级压裂滑套技术。滑套采用线型转位机构和专利投球系统,使用同一尺寸的球打开多级压裂滑套,可以大大提高完井设计中滑套的使用数量。该技术已在美国Marcellus、Utica和Spraberry页岩储层完成了试验,可以采用全水平段安装或组合安装(水平段下部用滑套,上部用桥塞)。应用表明,该滑套技术能够提高完井效率,具有减少地层中顶替液用量、降低水量需求和减少总作业时间等优点。
A large-diameter-balling-based multistage fracturing sliding sleeve technology has been developed to enhance measure result of multistage fracturing in cementing horizontal wells.It can be installed in a overall horizontal segment or stack manner and has been tested in shale reservoirs of Marcellus,Utica and Spraberry in America.The test result shows that it contributes to raising completion efficiency,decreasing volume of displacement fluid in the strata,lowering water demand and reducing total operation time.
