摘要
国际总承包工程的招标方式主要有公开招标、邀请招标、阶段招标和议标等。报价程序包括研究招标文件、考察现场及市场调查和制定实施方案。在对国际工程投标报价影响因素进行分析后,运用组建专业投标团队、招标文件澄清、合同价调整和不平衡报价等技巧,选择合适的投标报价计算方法,做出最优报价。
International contract engineering bidding types contains open bidding,invited bidding,phase bidding and negotiation bidding.Quotation process consists of bidding documents review,site examination,market research and implementation plan adoption.Through the analysis of influence factors in international engineering quotation,this paper holds that it is necessary to use the skills of establishment of a special bidding team,clarification of bidding documents,adjustment of contract price and unbalanced bidding and choose suitable quotation calculation method so as to work out optimized quotation.
