On Retirees' Ideological and Political Work under New Situation

加强离退休人员思想政治工作,全力关心照顾好广大老同志,充分发挥他们的优势,才能更好地引导老同志理解支持油田的改革发展,努力构建和谐稳定"大后方",助推油田可持续有效发展。一是突出思想引领,将思想政治工作与老有所学结合起来。二是加强组织建设,将思想政治工作与党支部建设结合起来。三是注重搭建平台,将思想政治工作与发挥作用结合起来。四是坚持亲情服务,将思想政治工作与落实老同志待遇结合起来。

Strengthening retirees’ ideological and political work,caring for them and giving full play to their strengths contribute to better guiding them to understand and support the reform and development in Jianghan Oilfield.This paper discusses the four combinations in doing retirees’ ideological work well：combination with something for them to learn,with Party building,with giving play to their strengths and with workable treatment for them to enjoy both in spirit and benefits.
