摘要
江汉石油工程海外业务持续快速发展,海外施工队伍逐步增多,稳定外派员工队伍的任务日益繁重,维稳压力日益凸显,必须以人为本,突出强化保障策略、激励策略和文化策略,保持海外队伍稳定,才能确保海外项目平稳运营和利益最大化。
With gradual increase of dispatched employees in response of steady and fast growth of petroleum engineering overseas projects of Jianghan Oilfield,our task is arduous to keep the dispatched employees working steadily in overseas projects.We must put them first,focus on strategies in security,motivation and culture and keep their stability to ensure overseas projects’ stable operation and maximum profits.
