为了增强基层党组织思想政治工作的针对性、实效性和主动性,我们要着力加强基层党支部建设;进一步用制度来规范基层思想政治工作;紧扣企业生产重点来开展思想政治工作;创新基层党组织思想政治工作方法;不断加强政工干部的思想作风建设;不断提高政工干部的政治理论水平,只有这样,才能不断提高政工干部的综合素质,才能充分发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用。

In order to make ideological and political work in primary Party organization better targeted,more effective and more initiative,we must work hard to strengthen construction of primary Party organization and impose the institution on the ideological work.We must make innovation in grassroots ideological work combining closely with enterprise production.We must continue to strengthen ideological and work style construction of political cadres and further improve their quality of theory.
