摘要
提高油田企业纪检监督能力,维护油田的和谐稳定,营造风清气正的社会环境,是油田企业纪检监督部门义不容辞的责任与义务。加强油田企业纪检监督工作,必须加强队伍建设,实施专业监督;强化反腐败工作体制机制建设;对反腐败工作不力情况进行责任追究;加强思想教育,统一思想认识;筛选纪检队伍,确保纪检干部纯净性;强化人员培训,提高纪检干部整体素质;完善制度,增强纪检监督权威性。
Discipline inspection and supervision authorities should be responsible for maintaining oilfield enterprises’ harmony and stability and constructing a sound and positive social environment.Strengthening discipline inspection and supervision work in oilfield enterprises requires bringing professional supervision into force,intensifying construction of anti-corruption work system and mechanism,investigating those who don’t do their best in anti-corruption work,ensuring the purity of discipline inspection officials who need training to improve their quality and improving discipline inspection system to enhance its authority.
