把中国石化"油公司体制机制"建设理解为集团公司发展战略的重大调整,结合涪陵页岩气勘探开发有限公司人力资源管理的实践,进一步加强战略性人力资源管理理论的研究与运用,做好强化战略管理理念引导、实施战略人力资源分类、建立战略薪酬体系框架等基础工作,促进企业快速和可持续发展。
Construction of oil company system and mechanism is an important strategic adjustment for Sinopec development.Combining with the practice of human resource management in Fuling Shale Gas Exploration and Development Company,we should focus on such foundation work as strengthening research and application of strategic human resource management theory,intensifying strategic management philosophy guidance,classifying strategic human resources and establishing strategic salary system to promote the enterprise’s growth in a fast and sustainable way.
