当前,江汉油田社会保险事业面临着加快健全社会保险体系、社保基金运行风险加大、石油工程专业化重组和社区管理体制调整等方面的考验。要加强油田社会保险管理和服务工作,必须加快完善社保制度体系,稳步提高社会保障水平;不断加大风险防控力度,全力保障基金安全运行;不断强化"三基"工作,全面提升窗口服务质量。

Social insurance service in Jianghan Oilfield is facing major challenges in faster improvement of social insurance system,larger operating risks of social insurance fund,specialized restructure of petroleum engineering field and community management system regulating.To strengthen oilfield social insurance management and service work,we should step up improving social insurance system and increase social security level with steady steps.We should continue to enhance risk prevention and control ability to ensure the fund’s safe operation.We should move ahead with three-basic work to promote window service quality in all respects.
