国有企业必须深刻认识新形势下保密工作与窃密之间、与沟通之间、与涉密人员素质之间和与新媒体快速发展之间的矛盾。在新形势下提高企业保密工作能力,必须严格企业的保密工作,全面落实保密制度;必须切实加强新形势下保密工作三级人员管理;必须提高员工的保密意识,落实保密责任制;必须加强对信息化系统管理,强化督促检查工作。

The information about enterprise work is increasing under the new situation and the reform is deepening in SOEs.All this makes confidentiality work difficult a bit.The improvement of confidentiality capability requires being strict with the enterprise’s confidentiality work,comprehensively implementing confidential system,strengthening management in three-level personnel going in for confidentiality work,enhancing all the staff’s confidentiality awareness,carrying out confidential responsibility system and intensifying supervision over information application.
