摘要
文章设计实验研究了12 mm厚16Mn DR钢板对接接头不同钝边尺寸条件下的激光-电弧复合焊接工艺,观察分析了不同打底方式下的焊缝微观组织,并测量了不同打底方式下焊缝的显微硬度。结果表明,在合适的焊接工艺条件下,能够获得成形良好的焊接接头,且与单激光自熔打底焊相比,激光-电弧复合焊硬度梯度小,焊接效率高。与传统弧焊工艺相比,激光-电弧复合焊的线能量降低39%,焊丝消耗量减少了76%,焊接效率提高220%,具有明显优势。
In this paper experiments were designed to research the laser-arc hybrid welding processes of the 12 mm 16 Mn DR steel butt joints under different root faces. The microstructures and micro-hardness of welds under different bottom welding processes were observed and measured. The results indicated that, under appropriate welding parameters, the welding appearances were pretty good. The micro-hardness and efficiency of laser-arc hybrid welding were lower and higher compared to laser welding. Compared with traditional arc welding, the welding heat input and wire consumption of laser-arc hybrid welding decreased by 39% and 76%, besides the welding efficiency of laser-arc hybrid welding increased by 220%.
