临床教学中医患关系现状分析及改进建议

Analysis and Improvement of Suggestions on the Relationship Between Doctors and Patients in Clinical Teaching

医患关系是一种对立统一的互动关系,近年来日趋紧张且成为社会不和谐的因素,本文分析了当前医患关系的现状,主要体现在看病难、看病贵,医护人员漠视患者权利,医疗活动商业化,社会舆论偏激报道。同时,本文对医患关系的改进提出了几点改进建议,包括以人为本,尊重患者,提高医务人员职业道德,在医学教育活动中加强对医患沟通的讨论,使学生将来能顺利执业。

The relationship between doctors and patients is a kind of unity of opposites, which has become intense increasingly and become social disharmonious factors in recent years. This paper analyzes the current status of the doctor-patient relationship, which mainly manifest as the difficulty and high cost for treatment, health care workers disregard patient rights, the medical activities of commercial, the opinion of public extremely reports. At the same time, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the doctor-patient relationship, including the people-oriented, respecting patients and improving professional ethics of medical personnel. Strengthening the discussion of communication between doctors and patients in medical education, so that students can practice smoothly in the future.
