女性多发阴道炎267例影响疗效的因素分析

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Efficacy of 267 Cases of Female Multiple Vaginitis

目的对女性多发阴道炎影响疗效的因素进行分析探讨,以有针对性地提高阴道炎的治疗效果。方法选择我院收治的阴道炎患者267例作为研究对象,通过对各种阴道炎患者的年龄、发病人数及治疗效果进行对比,研究分析影响阴道炎治疗效果的因素。结果育龄时期较其它年龄组发病率高,老年组细菌性阴道炎多发,单次治疗的复发率高于按疗程治疗的患者。结论根据各种影响疗效的因素对不同患者给予针对性的治疗,对于提高阴道炎的治疗效果和预后水平均具有重要的意义和价值。

Objective Analysis and Discussion on the factors influencing the curative effect of female multiple vaginitis, in order to improve the treatment effect of vaginitis. Methods 267 cases of patients with vaginitis in our hospital were selected as research subjects, to compare a variety of vaginitis age, the number of cases and treatment, analysis of factors affecting the treatment of vaginitis. Results The rate of incidence rate in reproductive period was higher than other age groups, bacterial vaginitis in the elderly group, the recurrence rate of single therapy was higher than that of the patients who were treated by the course of treatment. Conclusion According to a variety of factors that affect the efficacy of different patients given targeted therapy, improving the treatment and the level of prognosis of vaginitis were of great importance and value.
