浅析临床检验中影响尿液检验结果的因素

Analysis of the Factors of Influencing the Result of Urine Test in Clinical Inspection

目的探究临床检验中影响尿液检验结果的因素。方法统计2015年1月～2016年1月我院检验科接收的963份尿液样本资料,选择误差较大尿液样本106份为研究对象,对其进行复检,探究影响尿液样本失真的影响因素。结果影响尿常规检验的临床因素包含:药物使用,标本存放与实验室相关因素。在此其中临床因素影响尿液样本为20例。保存因素样本18例,送检因素10例。实验室相关因素样本共计58例。结论在对患者实施尿检过程中,相关人员应强化尿液检验因素,确保结果公允。

Objective To explore the factor of influencing the result of urine test. Methods From January 2015 to January 2015, 963 urine samples data in our hospital in the clinical laboratory were received, 106 urine samples which was the bigger error were chose as the research object, to carry on the review and to explore the factor of influencing the result of urine test. Results The clinical factors of influencing the routine urine test include： drug use, specimens for laboratory related factors. 20 cases of urine samples about the clinical factors, 18 cases about keeping sample factor, 10 cases about inspection factors, a total of 58 cases of laboratory factors associated with sample. Conclusion In the process of implement urine test for patients and relevant personnel should strengthen the urine test factors, to ensure that the results in the fair.
