Reliability Analysis of WBC Alarm Information on XE-5000 Blood Cell Analyzer

目的探讨XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪对WBC报警的可信度。方法以显微镜涂片镜检为金标准,选取WBC检测无报警信息及有报警信息样本各1000例,手工涂片后瑞氏吉姆萨染色镜检,分析XE-5000血细胞分析仪WBC报警信息可信度。结果 WBC报警信息阳性符合率分别为原始细胞(Blast)64.2%、早、中、晚幼粒细胞(Imm Gran)74.7%、核左移(Left shift)95.6%、异型淋巴细胞(Atypical Lymph)54.4%、异型淋巴/原始淋巴细胞(Abn Lymph/L-Blast)45.3%、嗜碱性粒细胞(Baso)43.4%。结论 XE-5000是一款性能优良的血细胞分析仪,结合必要的镜检能够更加准确地反映患者病理变化。

Objective To explore XE-5000 automatic blood cell analyzer for the credibility of the WBC alarm information. Methods According to smear microscopy with microscope as the important standard, 1000 cases of WBC detection of no alarm information and alarm information samples, manual smear staining microscopy after ray＇s Jim, to analyze the WBC alarm information credibility of XE-5000 blood cell analyzer. Results The coincidence rate of WBC alarm information was respectively 64.2% of Blast, 74.7% of Imm Gran, 95.6% of Left shift, 54.4% of Atypical Lymph, 45.3% of Abn Lymph /L-Blast, 43.4% of Baso. Conclusion XE-5000 blood cell analyzer is an excellent performance, the combination with the necessary microscopy can accurately reflect the patients with pathological changes.
