舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤核除术患者的应用意义分析

Analysis of Application of Sufentanil Combined With Propofol Intravenous Anesthesia for Patients With Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的探讨舒芬太尼符合丙泊酚静脉麻醉对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的应用效果。方法抽选腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者72例随机分为两组,观察组(36例)给予舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉,对照组(36例)给予丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉,对比两组患者麻醉效果差异。结果观察组麻醉效果优良率94.4%;对照组麻醉效果优良率77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组拔管时间、呼吸恢复时间、呼叫睁眼时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在子宫肌瘤核除术患者中麻醉效果良好,能促使患者术后快速苏醒。

Objective To investigate the application of sufentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia for patients with laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 72 cases of patients the decimation of laparoscopic uterine fibroids resection were randomly divided into two groups, observation group（36 cases） were given sufentanil with propofol intravenous anesthesia, control group（36 cases） were treated with propofol fentanyl intravenous anesthesia, to comparethe effect of anesthesia about two groups. Results The good rate of anesthesia effect of the observation group was 94.4%, the excellent and good rate was 77.8%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The extubation time, breathing recovery time and the awaking time of observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of sufentanil with propofol intravenous anesthesia in patients with uterine myomas anesthesia is good, which can make patients recover quickly.
