摘要
目的探究COOK球囊联合安定和缩宫素在足月妊娠引产中的疗效。方法选取200例接受足月妊娠引产的产妇,分成A组、B组,每组各100例,A组采取COOK球囊联合安定引产的方法,B组接受缩宫素引产方法,比较两组产妇的宫颈Bishop评分及引产结局。结果相较于B组,A组产妇的宫颈Bishop评分提高,产程缩短,顺产率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COOK双球囊可促使宫颈成熟,提高阴道分娩率,降低剖宫产率。
Objective To explore the curative effect of COOK balloon joint stability and oxytocin in full-term pregnancy induced labor. Methods 200 cases women accepting the full-term pregnancy induced labor were divided into group A and group B, 100 cases in each group. Group A underwent the cook balloon joint stability for the induced labor, group B received oxytocin for induced labor, comparing maternal the cervical Bishop score and outcomes of induced labor of two groups. Results Compared with group B, the maternal cervical bishop score of group A was increased, the duration of labor was shorten, the rate of vaginal delivery was increased,,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion COOK double balloon can promote cervical mature, improve the rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the cesarean section rate.
