持续腰大池引流治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床应用

Clinical Application of Continuous Lumbar Cerebrospinal Fluid Drainage in the Treatment of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

目的探讨持续腰大池引流脑脊液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的安全性及临床意义。方法分析2012年10月～2015年7月应用持续腰大池引流蛛网膜下腔出血126例临床资料。结果持续腰大池引流血性脑脊液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血能够明显改善意识障碍临床表现,减少脑积水发生。结论通过持续腰大池引流血性脑脊液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血安全、有效。

Objective Security and Clinical significance of Continuous lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Analysis of clinical data about 126 cases of patients applying continuous lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage. Results Continuous lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage can obviously improve the clinical manifestations of the disturbance of consciousness and reduce the occurrence of hydrocephalus. Conclusion Continuous lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage is safe and effective.
