乳管镜在乳头溢液诊治中的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Breast Duct Endoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Nipple Discharge

目的探讨分析乳管镜在乳头溢液诊治中的临床应用价值。方法随机选取我院2015年1月～2015年11月我院接诊并行乳管镜诊治的乳头溢液患者30例。依据临床及随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果检出乳管扩张症合并乳管炎13例(43.33%),单纯性乳管炎10例(33.33%),乳头内乳头状瘤5例(16.7%),乳管癌2例(6.67%)。其中,13例乳管扩张症合并乳管炎及10例单纯性乳管炎患者,采取经乳管镜药物冲洗治疗,术后15例乳房肿胀疼痛感减轻,13例乳头停止溢液,7例乳头溢液减少。乳头内乳头状瘤、乳管癌患者经手术病理证实,乳管镜的诊断结果准确率100%,经手术治疗后,随访再未出现溢液。所有患者均全部痊愈出院。结论乳管镜在乳头溢液诊治中的诊疗价值是确切可靠的。不仅对乳头溢液性疾病有较高的检出率,而且诊治方法简单方便。

Objective Analysis of clinical application of breast dust endoscopy in diagnosis of nipple discharge Methods From January 2015 to November 2015, 30 cases of patients with nipple discharge in our hospital were selected, to analyze retrospectively clinical and follow-up data. Results 13 cases of the detection of duct ectasia merge duct inflammation（43.33%）, 10 cases of simple duct inflammation（33.33%）, 5 cases of nipple papilloma（16.7%）, 2 cases of duct carcinoma（6.67%）. 13 cases of duct dilatation merge duct inflammation, and 10 cases of simple duct inflammation were taken with the drug after ductoscopy rinse treatment, after 15 cases of breast swelling and pain reduced, 13 cases stop nipple discharge, 7 cases of nipple discharge reduced. The diagnostic accuracy rate of the breast duct endoscopy was 100%, after surgical treatment, followup discharge does not appear again. All patients were all cured. ConclusionThe clinical value of duct endoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of nipple discharge is exact and reliable. Nipple discharge diseases not only have a higher detection rate and diagnosis and treatment of simple and convenient.
