下斜肌断腱联合部分切除术对原在位水平斜视的影响分析

Effects of Tenotomy Combined With Myectomy of Inferior Obfique Muscle on Horizontal Deviations in Primary Position

目的研究分析下斜肌断腱联合部分切为除术对原在位水平斜视的影响。方法选取斜视患者53例(56只眼),均接受单纯下斜肌断腱联合部分切除手术治疗,其中单侧手术50例,双侧3例。随访6～12个月,观察内转、外转眼数目,并测量比较手术前后水平斜视度变化。结果不论视近、视远水平,术后均有部分患者出现内转或外转。其中发生内转者手术前后斜视度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而发生外转者手术前后斜视度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论下斜肌断腱联合部分切除术可对原在位水平斜视度造成一定影响。

Objective To investigate the effects of tenotomy combined with myectomy of inferior obfique on horizontal deviations in primary position. Methods 53 patients（56 eyes） were selected and underwent the tenotomy combined with myectomy of inferior oblique muscles as the sole without medial muscles surgery. 50 cases had unilateral inferior oblique muscle surgery, and then 3 cases had bilateral surgeries. Followed up for 6 to 12 months, and to investigate the changes of horizontal deviations with the primary position after procedures. Results There were some patients were esoshift or exoshift after surgery regardless of near deviation or distance deviation, to compare with angle of strabismus there was significant difference between pre- operation and post-operation of patients who had exoshift（P〈0.05）, but it showed no difference pre-operation and post-operation in patients who had exoshift（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The inferior oblique muscle tenotomy combined with myectomy can affect the horizontal deviations in primary position.
