防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果

The Curative Effect of Antirotation Proximal Femoral Nail in the Minimally Invasive Treatment of Elderly Patients With Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的对防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取我院2012年2月～2014年7月收治的64例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者接受防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定微创治疗,对照组患者接受动力髋螺钉固定术的治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗优良率为93.75%,高于对照组患者的90.63%(P>0.05),手术时间、并发症发生率等指标均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折效果显著。

Objective To investigate and analyze the curative effect of the internal fixation of antirotation proximal femoral nail（PFNA） in the minimally invasive treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods From February 2012 to July 2014, 64 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, observation group received minimally invasive treatment of antirotation proximal femoral intramedullary nail fixation, the control group received the treatment of dynamic hip screw fixation, to compare the treatment effect about two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, which was higher than that of the control group 90.63%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the operation time, complication rate and other indicators were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment of antirotation proximal femoral intramedullary nail fixation of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture has a good effect.
