皮肝穿刺微波治疗肝血管瘤的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Percutaneous Microwave in the Treatment of Hepatic Hemangioma

目的探究皮肝穿刺微波治疗肝血管瘤的临床疗效。方法选择2015年3月～2015年10月我院就诊的100例治疗肝血管瘤的患者对其进行数据分析,根据治疗肝血管瘤的情况,分为两组。其中50例观察组患者使用皮肝穿刺微波的治疗方法实施治疗,另50例对照组患者则使用单纯的手术切除方法实施治疗。记录、观察二组患者的手术实施的时间、住院的天数、手术的费用以及手术后出现多发症状的人数。结果通过临床治疗发现,实验组患者其手术的时间、住院的时间、手术的费用以及手术后出现多发症状的人数都少于对照组,比较分析之后有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肝穿刺微波治疗能缩短手术的时间以及住院的时间,还能降低手术的费用以及多发症的发生,对于治疗肝血管瘤起到了很好的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of microwave in the treatment of hemangioma of liver. Methods From March 2015 to October 2015, 100 cases of patients with hepatic hemangioma in our hospital were analyzed on the data, according to the treatment of liver hemangioma, 100 cases were divided into two groups. 50 cases of observation group were used about microwave therapy for liver biopsy, 50 patients in the control group were treated with a simple surgical excision method, to record and observe the implementation of the cost of the time, the number of days in the hospital and the number of multiple symptoms after surgery. Results Found by clinical treatment, the operation time, hospitalization time, operation cost, and the number of multiple symptoms after surgery is less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The skin liver puncture microwave treatment can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, still can reduce the cost of the operation and the onset of multiple, which has a very good effect on the treatment of liver hemangioma.
