双水平正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Duo Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的探讨双水平正压通气(DuoPAP)在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)中的应用效果。方法将66例NRDS随机分为DuoPAP组和持续呼吸道正压通气组。对两组吸入氧浓度、有创呼吸发生率及住院时间进行对比分析。结果两组呼吸机吸入氧浓度、有创呼吸发生率和住院时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DuoPAP能更好改善氧合,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of duo positive airway pressure（DuoPAP） in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome（NRDS）. Methods 66 cases of NRDS were randomly divided into Duo PAP group and continuous positive airway pressure group, to compare the concentration of oxygen inhalation（FiO_2）, the incidence of invasive respiratory and the length of stay of two groups. Results There were statistical differences between two groups in FiO_2, the incidence of invasive respiratory and the length of stay（P〈0.05）. Conclusion DuoPAP can improve oxygenation better and shorten the length of hospital stay.
