PVP与PKP治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的应用价值对照研究

Comparative Study on the Value of PVP and PKP in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Osteoporotic Fracture

目的分析PVP与PKP治疗骨质疏松性骨折临床疗效。方法选取80例骨质疏松性骨折,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例患者,对照组采取PVP,观察组采取PKP,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组椎体高度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨水泥渗漏率为2.50%,对照组为15.00%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折治疗中,PVP、PKP均具有一定疗效,但PKP的治疗方法能使椎体高度恢复较高,能减少发生骨水泥渗漏。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of PVP and PKP in the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture.Methods 80 cases of patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with PVP, observation group was treated with PKP, and to compare the treatment effect of two groups.Results The vertebral height in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. The rate of bone cement leakage of observation group was 2.50%, that of control group was 15%, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture, PKP and PVP have certain effects, but the method of PKP which makes vertebral height recovery higher can reduce the occurrence of bone cement leakage.
