摘要
目的比较研究生理性支抗技术(PASS)与MBT直丝弓技术在需中度以上支抗拔牙病例中前牙排齐阶段对前牙控制临床效果是否有差异。方法选择40例正畸拔牙矫正病例,安氏I类18例,安氏II类22例,由于矫正需要均拔除上颌两颗第一前磨牙。随机分2组,一组使用PASS技术,一组使用传统MBT直丝弓技术。在矫正前(T1)及矫正中上颌前牙排齐时(T2)拍头颅侧位片。通过X线头影测量比较分析上中切牙位置及软组织的变化。结果 PASS组病例X线头影测量结果在T1、T2上前牙唇倾度变化不大,测量指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);传统MBT组病例在T1、T2出现上前牙明显唇倾,测量指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间比较,U1-SN和U1-L1差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余测量指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正畸拔牙病例排齐阶段,使用PASS矫治技术更有利于利用拔牙间隙排齐上前牙。
Objective Comparative study on the rational supporting anti Technology (PASS) and MBT straight wire technique in moderate or anchorage extraction cases in front teeth inittal leveling stage of anterior teeth control, whether there are differences in the clinical effect. Methods40 cases of extraction were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The PASS technique and conventional MBT technique were used respectively. Lateral cephalograms were taken before and after the alignment of anterior teeth. The results of cephalometic measurement of pre-treatment and the time of alignment-treatment groups were analyzed and compared.The paired test was used to analyze the results among groups.Results There was no significant difference before and after the alignment in the PASS group(P〉0.05).There were significant difference in the conventional MBT groups (P〈0.05). There were signiifcant difference in the value of U1-SN and U1-L1 in X-ray cephalometrics before and after alignment between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion During the stage of orthodontic cases, using PASS technique has some advantages of the use of extraction space near the anterior teeth.
