微创空心螺钉内固定和钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床观察 被引量:11

The Clinical Observation of Minimally Invasive Hollow Screw and Steel Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Calcaneal Fracture

摘要 目的探讨微创空心螺钉内固定和钢板内固定在根骨骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法以本院收治的90例跟骨骨折患者为观察对象,将其随机分成2组,每组45例,A组患者行微创空心螺钉内固定治疗,B组患者行钢板内固定治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果 A组的手术时间、切口愈合时间、骨折愈合时间均短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后组间Gissane角、Bohler角比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组术后AO-FAS优良率95.56%,B组AOFAS优良率91.11%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创空心螺钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折的创伤小,恢复快。 Objective To study the efifcacy of minimally invasive hollow screw and steel plate internal ifxation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 90 cases of patients with calcaneal fractures were selected as study object and were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. Group A were carried out about minimally invasive hollow screw internal ifxation. Group B were carried out about plate ifxation, to compare the clinical therapeutic effect.ResultsThe operation time, the time of incision healing and the time of fracture healing of group A were shorter than those of group B, the difference was statistically signiifcant. There was no signiifcant difference between angle of postoperative Gissane and angle of Bohler of two groups. The excellent rate of postoperative AO-FAS of group A was 95.56%, the excellent rate of AO-FAS of group B was 91.11%,there was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Minimally invasive hollow screw ifxation has some advantages of small trauma and rapid recovery in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.
