厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪分散片对老年原发性高血压治疗效果评价

Evaluation of the Curative Effect of Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Primary Hypertension

目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪分散片对老年原发性高血压治疗效果。方法选取2013年7月～2015年7月到我院就诊的80例老年原发性高血压患者,按随机分组法,将80例患者分为观察组(n=40例)和对照组(n=40例),对照组采用厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪分散片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压的变化及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压均下降,且观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压下降幅度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05。结论应用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪分散片治疗老年原发性高血压效果显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets in the treatment of senile primary hypertension. Methods From July 2013 to July 2015, 80 casesof elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）, control group was treated with irbesartan tablets, and the observation group was treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets, to compare the change of blood pressure and the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both two groups, but the decrease amplitude of the observation group was higher than that of control group, the total efficiency of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion The therapeutic effect of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets in the treatment of elderly 6atients with orimarv primary hvoertension has significant effects.
