肾衰胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭早中期疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Renal Failure Capsule for the Treatment of Early and Middle Stage of Chronic Renal Failure

目的观察肾衰胶囊对慢性肾衰竭早中期患者肾功能的影响。方法选择慢性肾衰竭患者126例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组基础治疗相同,治疗组在对照组西医治疗的基础上,加用肾衰胶囊治疗,每日1次,4周为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果两组治疗后血清尿素氮、肌酐水平均有下降,治疗组下降幅度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾衰胶囊可改善慢性肾衰竭早中期患者的肾功能,且无明显副作用。

Objective To observe renal failure capsule in the treatment of patients with early and middle stage of chronic renal failure. Methods 126 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Foundation treatment is the same in both groups, treatment group, on the basis of western medicine of control group, was treated with renal failure capsule, 1 time a day, 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment. Results After treatment, the content of serum urea nitrogen and creatinine of two groups decreased, the decent degree of treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Renal failure capsule can improve renal function of patients with early and middle stage of chronic renal failure, and does not have obvious side effects.
