计划生育手术患者焦虑程度评估及其护理方案分析

The Degree of Anxiety of Patients With Family Planning Surgery and Analysis the Nursing Scheme

目的评估计划生育手术患者焦虑程度及分析其护理方案。方法将80例计划生育手术患者平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组围术期时采取常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上对本组患者的焦虑情绪进行分析,并实施针对性的护理方案。结果研究组经焦虑状态评估与针对性护理干预后,焦虑程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对计划生育手术患者的焦虑程度进行评估,并采取针对性的护理方案可以有效改善患者的焦虑情绪表现,保证手术质量。

Objective To investigate the anxiety level assessment and nursing plan of patients with family planning operation. Methods 80 cases with family planning operation were divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given conventional nursing measures and observation group was given corresponding nursing care plan based on control group. Results After anxiety condition assessment and corresponding nursing care plan,anxious degree of observation group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion By evaluating anxious degree and given corresponding nursing care plan, anxious degree of patients can be improved and operation quality can be ensured.
