模切机叼纸牙排定位系统动态特性实验研究

摘要 在介绍平压平模切机叼纸牙排定位系统工作原理的基础上,分析了定位系统的运动误差,通过实验对模切机在不同速度下的定位系统的动态特性进行了测试,得到牙排定位系统真实振动状况,以分析定位精度的影响因素。结合牙排定位系统的工作原理分析和动态误差分析,对前后靠规的从动件直接进行动态测试,得到凸轮从动件在工作过程中的振动情况,根据测试结果分析得知升速过程会使牙排定位系统的振动加剧,尤其在定位方向振动更加明显,对牙排的定位精度影响较大。实验结果为模切机叼纸牙排定位结构的结构优化提供理论依据。 The work aims to introduce the working principle of the positioning system of the flat die-cutting machine, and to analyze the motion error of the positioning system. The dynamic characteristics of the positioning system of the die-cutting machine at different speeds were tested and the teeth were obtained. The actual vibration condition of the gripper positioning system is used to analyze the influencing factors of the positioning accuracy. Combined with the working principle analysis and dynamic error analysis of the gripper positioning system, the dynamic test of the follower of the front and rear gauges is directly carried out. Obtain the vibration of the cam follower during the working process. According to the analysis of the test results, it is known that the speed increase process will intensify the vibration of the gripper positioning system, especially in the direction of the positioning vibration, and has a great influence on the positioning accuracy of the gribber. The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the structural optimization of the gripper positioning structure of the die-cutting machine.
