The "Belt and Road" Strategy and the New World Economic System

贸易合作是落实"一带一路"战略的核心内容,评价"一带一路"贸易合作效果要以中国为中心、周边为腹地、其他地区为外围的覆盖全球的空间地理结构,要弘扬和体现命运共同体核心价值。研究发现,"一带一路"开局之年的贸易合作未全面显现战略效果,初步显现国别效果;投资合作展现出良好整体效果;折射出在"一带一路"战略体制机制、宣传解释、外交协商、义利观及价值观等方面存在的问题。未来"一带一路"战略实施将推动形成以中国为中心的新世界经济体系,也必将推动现有国际经济秩序变革。

Trade cooperation is the core content of the implementation of the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy. To evaluate the effectiveness of the ＂Belt and Road＂ trade cooperation, we should look at the spatial-geographic structure with China as the center, the surrounding areas as the hinterland, and the other areas as the peripheral, and carry on and reflect the core value of the community of destiny. The study found that trade cooperation has not fully revealed the strategic effect at the beginning of the year of the ＂Belt and Road＂, but has exhibited country-specific characteristics; investment cooperation shows good overall effect; and reflects problems existing in the system and mechanism of the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy, publicity and explanation, diplomatic negotiation, the concept of righteousness and interests, and the outlook on values. The future implementation of the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy will promote the formation of China as the center of the new world economic system, and will also move ahead with change in the existing international economic order.
