高血压病对OSA的影响研究进展

Research Progress of the Effect of Hypertension on OSA

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(Obstructive Sleep Apnea,OSA)是一种病因尚不十分明确的睡眠呼吸障碍疾病,其发病率高、可致多系统损害的特点,已成为危害患者身心健康的巨大威胁。近些年来,高血压病被认为是其常合并的慢性疾病,而现有新观点认为高血压亦对OSA的发生、发展起到一定作用。本文就高血压病对OSA的作用的相关机制、抗高血压药物对OSA的影响的研究进展做一综述。

Obstructive sleep apnea is one of the sleep respiratory- disorders with unclear etiology. It has high incidence rates and can result in damage of multiple systems, which has been a great threat to physical and mental health. In recent years, hypertension has been considered as co - morbidity- of OSA and there is a new view that hypertension has cerrain effect on the occurrence and development of OSA. This article will give a review of the influence of hypertension and antihypertensive drug on OSA.
