摘要
专业建设是各高职院校内涵建设的重要内容,而教师是完成此项工程的中坚力量。但目前高职教师在专业建设过程中面临着队伍不稳定、教研能力低下、薪酬设计不合理、专业培训与考核评价制度不完善等现实问题。基于其需求的特点,遵循专业建设视域下教师激励的针对性、公平性、互补性及动态性原则,从薪酬激励满足基本需要、工作激励是前提、科研激励引领发展方向、精神激励激发内在动力等方面提出了激励教师发展的措施。
Professions construction is the important content of quality construction of vocational colleges,in which teachers are the backbone to complete the project. However,vocational colleges should pay attention to the realistic problems such as unsteady teachers team,poor teaching and research ability,unreasonable salary system design,imperfect professional training and evaluation system,and so on. Based on the characteristics of demand,and according to the principles of targeting,equity,complementarity,dynamics of teacher incentive from the perspective of profession construction,we should put forward some measures to encourage the development of teachers from the aspects of meeting the basic demand by salary incentive,precondition by work incentive,developing by research incentive,inspiring by mental incentive,and so on.
