摘要
薪酬满意度是高校稳定人才的关键因素,也是薪酬制度改革的重要依据。福建省15所本科高校教师薪酬满意度的调查结果显示:专业职称、实际收入及公平感与薪酬满意度呈正相关,年龄和期望收入与薪酬满意度呈负相关,工作任务量与薪酬满意度呈U型关系,且教师的职业忠诚度与薪酬满意度呈正相关。因此,学校应从提高教师的薪酬水平、增强教师薪酬的外部竞争性、完善薪酬结构、关注中青年教师的生活状况、提高教师的内在薪酬、加强精神激励等方面提高教师的薪酬满意度。
Salary satisfaction is not only the key factor to the stability of the University,but also an important basis for the reform of salary system. The results of the sample survey of 15 college teachers in the province of Fujian show that: Professional titles,real income,a sense of fairness were positively related to salary satisfaction,while age and expected revenue were negatively related to salary satisfaction; Job and pay satisfaction has a u- shaped relationship,while salary satisfaction was positively related to teachers' professional loyalty. Therefore,teachers' salary level should be improved from strengthening the external competition,improving teacher's salary structure,paying attention to the life situation of young teachers,improving the internal compensation,enhancing the spiritual motivation,and so on.
