地方本科高校文化产业管理专业实践教学改革路径探析

An Exploration on the Practical Teaching Reform Routes of Cultural Industry Management Specialty in Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

文化产业要健康发展,文化产业的管理及创意人才的培养是关键。但目前地方本科高校文化产业管理的人才培养质量不容乐观,尤其是实践教学方面问题颇多。只有从丰富学生的方法论知识、强化学生的调查实践能力、拓宽专业实践教学平台等方面推进专业实践教学的改革与创新,才能培养出更多优秀的文化产业管理人才,也有利于发挥大学为地方经济社会和文化发展服务的作用。

Cultural industry management and cultivation of creative talent is the key of the healthy development of cultural industries. But the quality of talent cultivation of cultural industry management in local undergraduate colleges and universities is not satisfactory,especially with a lot of problems in practical teaching of it. Only when promoting the professional practical teaching reform and innovation from enriching students＇ knowledge of methodology,surveying students＇ practical ability,broadening the practical teaching platform and so on,we can cultivate more excellent talents of cultural industry management,as well as in favor of playing the role of colleges and universities in serving for local economic,social and cultural development.
