针对昌黎县内目前水资源短缺、水污染日益严重、沿海地区海水倒灌以及水资源监测技术、监测方法和设备落后的现状,文中对昌黎县水资源监控管理系统进行综合研究,该系统能够实现对水量、水位以及水质等进行实时监控,为昌黎县水资源的综合开发和利用提供重要的决策依据。
