摘要
在现代的企业管理过程中,人力资源管理是十分重要的组成部分。目前,供电企业人力资源管理正处在传统模式到现代模式的战略改进过程中,已经建立了初步的人力资源管理机制,但是在进行人员培训和战略开发过程中还存在着许多问题,使得人力资源培训的效果并不理想。随着我国对供电企业的逐渐重视,供电企业需要不断的进行改革,从而完善企业人力资源的培训机制,提升员工的综合素质,促进企业的进步和发展。
In the process of modern enterprise management,human resources management is a very important part of the.At present,the power supply enterprise human resources management is in traditional mode to the modern mode of strategic improvement process,has established a preliminary mechanism of human resource management,but in personnel training and development strategy in the process still exist many problems,making human resources training effect is not ideal.
