摘要
核电厂稳压器加热器功率调节器通过调节电路的导通和关断时间实现对加热器功率的调节。由于可控硅击穿故障,造成功率调节器工作异常。通过对功率调节器运行状况及故障可控硅的解剖分析,最终确定造成可控硅击穿故障的原因是器件内部存在绝缘薄弱点,并通过更换质量可靠的可控硅后,恢复了设备的正常运行。
The power of pressurizer heat in nuclear power plant can be controlled by adjusting the circuit turn-on and turn-off time. Due to the thyristor breakdown, the power regulator worked abnormal.Through analysis of the equipment running status and anatomy of the failure thyrisor,the root cause of the thyristor breakdown was found.It is that there was an insulation weak point in the thyristor.By replacing with new thyristor, the device was restored to normal operation.
