Due to the electronics industry is developing at a high speed,the electronic products application more and more widely,the structure tends to be diversified and electronic products is composed of electronic components,which makes the growing number of electronic components,electronic components with high reliability will directly affect the whole performance.This paper first introduces the reliability index of electronic components,and then analyzes how to control the reliability of electronic components and applications.
