报道30例拇指缺失或皮肤缺损,采用带血管蒂的皮辦转移修复缺损或再造拇指,均获成功,功能恢复满意。

Since 1986, thirty patients had skin defect and loss of thumb were treated by transfer of island skin flap. All island skin flaps had good survival after transfer. They had been followed from one month to 1.5 years, the cosmetic and functional results were both satisfactory.
