摘要
目的 探讨转移抑制因子1(MTSS1)和Fascin与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测94例大肠癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织中MTSS1和Fascin表达水平.结果 MTSS1在大肠癌组织中表达率为38.30%(36/94),在癌旁组织中表达率为98.94%(93/94),两者差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);Fascin在大肠癌组织中表达率为62.77%(59/94),在癌旁组织中表达率为25.53%(24/94),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).MTSS1表达水平与大肠癌浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05),Fascin表达水平与大肠癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05).结论 大肠癌组织中MTSS1低表达及Fascin高表达可能预示大肠癌患者预后不良.
Objective To study the relationship between metastasis suppressor 1 (MTSS1) and Fascin with clinical and pathological characteristics in colorectal carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MTSS1 and Fascin in 94 cases of human colorectal carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues.Results The expression rate of MTSS1 was 38.30% (36/94) in colorectal carcinoma tissues,and 98.94% (93/94) in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (P 〈 0.01).The expression rate of Fascin was 62.77% (59/94) in colorectal carcinoma tissues,and 25.53% (24/94) in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (P 〈 0.01).The expression of MTSS1 was related to serosa invasion,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05),and there was a close relationship between the expression of Fascin and histology grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion The low expression of MTSS1 and high expression of Fascin could confer a poor prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma.
