碳质金矿球团复合黏合剂的制备

摘要 将酚醛树脂(PF)改性硅酸钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、羧甲基纤维素和水按比例混合均匀后,制得新型碳质金矿球团复合黏合剂;将该黏合剂与矿粉混合均匀,按一定的制球工艺制成矿粉球团。研究结果表明:对所制球团的平均跌落强度而言,生球超过110次,成球为18次;生球承受的最大力为569.44 N,成球承受的最大力为272.80 N;成球在水中分散性良好,其浸金回收率为96.6%,并且球团性能满足回转窑的工艺要求。 A new carbonaceous goldmine pelletizing composite adhesive was prepared by evenly mixingfollowing materials[such as phenolic resin(PF) modified sodium silicate,sodium carboxymethyl starch,carboxymethyl cellulose and water] in proportion. Then,the adhesive and mineral powder were evenly mixed,so amineral powder pellet was made according to certain process of preparing globular material. The research resultsshowed that the average fall strengths of prilling and fresh pellet were 18 times and above 110 times respectively.The maximal tolerance forces of fresh pellet and prilling were 569.44,272.80 N respectively. The prilling had thegood dispersity in water,its recovery rate of leaching gold was 96.6%,and the properties of palletizing could meetthe technological requirements of rotary kiln.
