摘要
针对可调宽窄行高速水稻插秧机插秧行距调节功能要求,设计了一种可调秧箱单元间距的秧箱系统。介绍了该系统的结构组成和工作原理,对关键零部件进行了详细设计,并利用ANSYS对秧箱单元进行了模态分析。最后通过试验对样机进行性能验证,利用测量平均每穴株数的方法验证秧箱系统的送秧稳定性。结果表明,该秧箱单元间距调节误差在0.7-0.9 mm范围内,插秧每穴3-4株,符合农艺要求;秧箱单元调节方便,秧箱系统送秧稳定性好,满足了可调宽窄行插秧机的工作性能要求。
A kind of seeding box of adjusting row spacing was designed aiming at the performance requirements of highspeed rice transplanter with adjusting row spacing. The configuration and working principle of this system were introduced and main parts were designed in detail. The modal analysis was performed in ANSYS. The stability performance of this prototype was verified using the method of measuring the plant numbers per hole. The results proved that the accuracy of the seedling box for the row spacing regulating error was in the range of 0.07 to 0.09 mm. The plant number of each hole was 3 to 4, which meet the requirement of agriculture. Meanwhile, it showed that the seedling box unit could be adjusted conveniently and the seedling system had a good stability to ensure that the rice transplanter could work well and meet the performance requirements.
