摘要
概念设计作为产品开发的前端,其创新程度取决于设计过程中大量新知识的应用。为研究立式加工中心外观设计中新知识的获取问题,论述了设计知识的获取方法,特别是隐性知识的挖掘与利用。分析了设计中知识流动的过程及其与设计过程的关系,构建了概念设计过程模型并提出了设计概念。通过设计知识的获取与综合利用,设计了立式加工中心的外观,为知识密集型产品的设计提供参考。
Acting as starting period in product development design, the innovation level of conceptual design depends on numerous new knowledge applications in the design process. In order to study the issue of new knowledge acquisition in design of CNC, design knowledge acquisition method was discussed, especially the mining and using of recessive knowledge. Process of knowledge flow and relationship between knowledge flow and design process were analyzed. Conceptual design process model was set up and the concept of design was proposed. The appearance of a vertical CNC was designed through design knowledge acquisition and utilization. It provides references for the design of knowledge-intensive products.
