摘要
以挖掘机扶手箱为研究对象,基于用户心理造型识别建立感性意象词汇库,结合语义差分法(SD法)对用户的感性认知进行视觉化描述并量化,结合扶手箱形态分析建立感性意象词汇与造型特征之间的映射关系,并以试验结果指导挖掘机扶手箱的造型设计,从而提升扶手箱造型与用户感性认知的匹配度,降低了产品开发的市场风险。
Taking the handhold box of excavator as research object, a perceptual image vocabulary database based on users′ mental modeling identification was established. Combined with the method of SD, users′ perceptual cognition was visual described and quantified, and the mapping relation between perceptual image vocabularies and modeling characteristics was established using form analysis to handhold box of excavator. According to the experimental results, the handhold box of excavator was designed to improve the matching degree of perceptual cognition and to reduce risk of market development.
