基于加权逼近理想解排序法的万古霉素新生儿药物利用评价 被引量:26

摘要 目的 采用加权逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法进行万古霉素新生儿的药物利用评价,为其合理应用提供参考。方法 参考国内外专家共识和应用指南,建立万古霉素新生儿药物利用评价标准。收集2014年1月至2015年11月本院新生儿科使用万古霉素并至少进行一次治疗药物监测的全部患儿信息,依据标准进行用药过程的评价,并采用加权TOPSIS法进行数据的统计分析。结果 共搜集74份病例进行评价,其中与最优解相对接近程度为1的有27例(36%),介于0.7~0.8的2例(3%),介于0.6~0.7的16例(22%),介于0.5~0.6的23例(31%),介于0.4~0.5的6例(8%)。结论 采用加权TOPSIS法进行万古霉素新生儿的药物利用评价合理可行,具有可操作性。 AIM To execute drug use evaluation of vancomycin used in neonates based on the weighted Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and provide a reference for its reasonable application. METHODS Drug use evaluation criteria of vancomycin used in neonates were established with referring to the expert consensuses and application guides domestic and overseas, and medical history of neonates treated with vancomycin from January 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital with at least one therapeutic drug monitoring result were collected, then, the medical history were evaluated according to the drug use evaluation criteria, and a weighted TOPSIS method was used for the statistical analysis of the data.RESULTS Among the 74 patients collected, there were 27 cases (36%) whose relative approach degree to the optimal solution were equal to 1, 2 cases (3%) whose relative approach degree were between 0.7 and 0.8, 16 cases (22%) whose relative approach degree were between 0.6 and 0.7, 23 cases (31%) whose relative approach degree were between 0.5 and 0.6, and 6 cases (8%) whose relative approach degree were between 0.4 and 0.5. CONCLUSION It is reasonable, feasible and maneuverable to adopt weighted TOPSIS as the drug use evaluation method for vancomycin.
