摘要
在普通织机上织造圆环形仿形机织物,采用的不是圆柱形卷取辊,而是圆锥台形的异形辊。由于卷取辊母线上各点距离卷取辊中心轴线的距离不同,导致各点的线速度不同,使经纱在卷取时速度有差异;并且织口与卷取起始线间有一定距离,使织物纬向产生了剪切变形。通过选择不同在机织造参数,计算织物的剪切变形角和仿形织物设计尺寸与最后结果间的差异。结果表明:在圆环形仿形织物织造过程中,织口与卷取辊上的织物卷取起始线距离越大,织物产生的剪切变形越大,仿形织物下机消除剪切变形后形成的圆环尺寸与设计尺寸间的偏差越大;圆锥台形卷取辊的底部角越小,所织制仿形织物的剪切变形越大,形成的圆环尺寸与设计尺寸间的偏差也越大。
The shaped fabrics were woven on ordinary looms with truncated conical shaped rollers, instead of cylindrical rollers. Due to the different distance of each point on generatrix of the take-up roller from the central axis of the take-up roller, the linear speed of each point was different, which made each warp drawn at different speeds. And the distance from cloth-fell to the initial taking-up line led to the shearing deformation. The fabric shearing deformation angle was calculated and the size difference between final annular woven fabric and design fabric was studied by selecting different weaving parameters. The results showed that the greater the distance from the cloth-fell to the initial taking-up line was, the greater the shearing angle of weft yarn in the shaped woven fabric, and the bigger the difference between the final size of the shaped fabric and design fabric. The smaller the bottom angle of truncated conical shaped roller, the bigger the shearing deformation, and the bigger the difference between the final size of the shaped fabric and desizn fabric.
